Ava is the creative behind the piercings, brows, and lashes at Blush Beauty Co. With a passion for detail, artistry, and making people feel confident in their own skin, she’s built her career around creating beautiful results that still feel completely personal.
Ava graduated from Capri College with her esthetics license in 2022 and continued expanding her skill set as her passion for beauty grew. In 2023, she added microblading through an apprenticeship with Abby, the owner of Blush Beauty Co., where she developed an even stronger eye for detail, precision, and artistry. In 2024, she added professional body piercing to her skill set, bringing her love for jewelry, creativity, and individualized style into another form of artistry.
Ava has always been drawn to the details that make something feel just right. Whether it’s finding the perfect placement for a new piercing, creating a beautifully balanced brow, or designing lashes that make someone feel effortlessly put together, she approaches her work with intention and a genuine love for her craft.
Outside of the studio, Ava is usually spending time with her family, reading, or finding another creative project to dive into. Her personal style is a mix of feminine, edgy, and eclectic — and she loves helping her clients find that same sense of individuality in their own look.
Above all, Ava wants every client to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in the person they see in the mirror. She’s constantly learning, refining her skills, and finding new ways to elevate the experience — because for her, beauty is never about fitting into a mold.

Young but driven, Abby brings a burst of energy with her every where she goes. Abby graduated from Capri College in Dubuque with her Cosmetology and Esthetics licenses in 2014. In 2018, she added Microblading to her list of services. Following this certification, she has taken advanced classes all across the US with some of the top artists. These classes have allowed her to provide her clients with the highest quality services and products. Abby eats, sleeps, and breathes the beauty industry and takes on any opportunity to sharpen her skills and education, while also educating others.
Sarah Crocker
Owner of Nova Medspa
Certified Cosmetic Nurse Injector and Licensed Aesthetician with 13 years of experience in the field of medical esthetics, working under the guidance of a medical director. With focus on customized, affordable skin care therapies to all clients interested in achieving their happiest and most confident selves.
Sarah loves to teach her clients the magic of skincare and what they can do to benefit their own skin.
Katie is a massage therapist, licensed in the state of Iowa. Her mission is to provide professional therapeutic massages designed to meet each clients' specific needs, wherever they may be on their wellness journey, working to help facilitate balance. Whether for relaxation, enhanced sports performance, a long-time injury, or prenatal care Katie has a passion for helping others and aims to cultivate the wellness of both client and self. With seven years of experience, she specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, cupping therapy, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage and hot stone therapy.
